David Rhodes is the President and co-founder of The Children’s Sunshine Foundation, a nonprofit dedicated to providing a home away from home for families with sick children traveling for treatment.

Since launching the foundation in 2018, The Children’s Sunshine Foundation has helped support hundreds of families in their time of greatest need.

With over 15 years as a Certified Building Contractor and a successful career in real estate investment across multiple states, David brings a deep understanding of both construction and community development.

As the owner of Real Estate Headquarters, he has long believed that strong communities are built not just with bricks and mortar—but with compassion and care. The Children’s Sunshine Foundation is his way of giving back, guided by the belief that giving is success.
